We regularly complete formal bid solicitations and provide Open Market quotations. Since 1979, we have catered to government customers offering competitive procurement options that can save time and money while still satisfying bid requirements.

Our cooperative contracts allow members to access products from multiple manufacturers on one purchase order to make complete project purchasing streamlined. Membership for agencies is available at no cost. Government customers are preapproved so there is no lengthy paperwork process.
Federal Contract Options
Federal customers can access our GSA Contract to procure a variety of floor coverings, ceilings, and wall systems. We have extensive product offerings from manufacturers like Armstrong, Daltile, Flexco, Roppe, Shaw and others. Customers may purchase Materials Only or can request complete flooring installation services – nationwide. Additionally, we export flooring and ceiling materials worldwide for government spaces overseas. Our GSA Contract Number is #GS-03F-001BA

State, County, & Local Contract Options
In addition to state contracts with Arizona and California, we offer cooperative purchasing contracts with OMNIA Partners, Public Sector, 1 Government Procurement Alliance (1GPA), and Allied States Cooperative (ESC-Region 19). These competitively bid cooperative contracts provide access to thousands of flooring and ceiling products from a wide range of manufacturers. Customers may access materials only or request flooring installation services nationwide.

As a result of a competitive bidding process, beginning July 1st, 2018, Continental Flooring Company has been awarded national cooperative flooring contract #02-145 available through OMNIA Partners, Public Sector.

Cooperative Education Services - CES Contract
Cooperative Educational Services – also known as CES, is an organization dedicated to helping the procurement needs of New Mexico’s 89 total school districts as well as other educational institutions. Schools may leverage the purchasing power of CES with Continental Flooring to simplify the procurement process of floor coverings and flooring accessories.
